Listing Coordinator and Marketing Manager

Shauna Sefsic is a jack of all trades. Having worked in Sales for a New Home Builder and as a Real Estate Agent in the state of Virginia, she knows firsthand what it takes to get the deal done. She works part-time in the office to help me serve my clients better. A seasoned real estate photographer, she makes sure that your home is seen by buyers in the best possible way through detailed photography. When needed, she consults with owners about partial staging, or “restaging” using either items a homeowner already has, or items from her own staging collection. She also handles listing coordination, marketing, and many other items.

Bevin Harmon Googer is a dedicated, trained and certified Staging Professional. She was named the 2007 Rookie Stager of the Year by the Real Estate Staging Association. Bevin always found herself in a creative field, and now she turns her passions into a business working hard to get your home sold faster and for more money. She is an active member of Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS), the international Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and is president of the local Charleston Chapter of RESA.
